For some reason I thought this product was a lot smaller but it turned out to be huge. IMO too big for a 12x12x18 terrarium. Also, the magnets were weak, so the bar would slide across the glass in any direction. The plastic cups provided are thin disposable cups, I figured they were large acrylic cups that I could wash. I assumed you could clean and reuse them, but they are very flimsy. The cups seem to "click" which is a good thing. But again, it's very thin plastic. The protrusion itself was of good quality, just larger than I expected and the magnets were too weak. I ended up returning this product.
