Bought this just for me as the rest of my family have different preferences when it comes to the best type of rice. I prefer a dryer that looks like shredded rice. While it's not the cheapest rice cooker, I don't want to go cheap and so far I like this rice cooker. Advantages: - Easy to clean. - Easy to cook due to the small portion. - Small and light, you can travel with it. The price is fair, I pay myself with daily use. Cons: The two thin plastic clasps are very flimsy, so don't use Super Saiyan Blue on them. You could do better. Other thoughts: For the price, there's no number button and no display, but it's pretty basic and straightforward. I didn't have a "leak" like another reviewer said. Maybe I know how to cook rice and not pour water or rice over it. I still wish it had a digital display and a better latch. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. Also, time will tell if it holds up. I will give an update when something has happened. I think it was a good buy. I hope time will tell.
