Thanks to this, I can power the device anywhere with a USB portable battery. If I'm near a USB outlet that runs on AC power, I can conserve or charge my battery! I've been looking for something like this for a few years. I have a Behringer MINIFBQ FBQ800 equalizer (from B&H) which works better because it has more than the three scales on this unit: bass, middle and treble. Behringer has nine divisions, but that's just AC. I sent an email to Behringer Support asking about the power requirements so I can build or buy a DC power supply, but they didn't respond. If it had a battery I would give it five stars.
