I was leery of this due to the questionable reviews but….I also noticed the pictures of the bad reviews had a different latch mechanism. I’m not sure if this model got an update or people left reviews here for a different product (?), but what I can say is the model with the latches as shown in my Pics and in the current listing is fantastic!Put together in about 20-30 minutes each. Can do it by yourself, but having one person to stabilize will cut about 5-10 minutes off the DIY time. You need to follow the instructions exactly or it will seem like there are missing holes. Following the instructions results in everything aligning properly and super easy to put together.It looks fantastic and I’ve gotten several compliments on the way it looks. The dogs seemed to take to it right away (even though they had refused the same size wire crates). Something about it just seems cozier apparently. I love the opening to reach in and pat them at the top.I do think the bottom screws could be a bit heftier but my dogs are small so I’m hoping it will be fine.Im ordering a third one.
