It functions perfectly, nothing unusual.

I ordered from Express Office. Arrived completely disassembled with no instructions.
The instruction found on the Internet did not help in any way, because. it is intended for the "final" stage, when the back and seat are already connected, the armrests are assembled and the plastic "covers" are screwed on. Even having reached this stage, the holes and sizes of the screws indicated in the instructions do not match reality.
Some of the holes had to be “turned” with a screw before the desired part was attached, because. the threads in the hole did not match a little (similar to factory negligence). And, no, I didn't mix up the screws :)

Pros

- High back with tilt adjustment; - Pillows for the lower back and neck; - Soft armrests made of pleasant material; - Metal cross; - Normally working gas lift.

Cons

- Assembly took more than 2 hours (details in the comments); - The seat creaks from any movement of the center of gravity back and forth; - The wheels rattle and seize when turning; - Factory holes in textiles for screws are displaced and not processed in any way to avoid tearing the fabric; - The kit does not include decorative plugs for the holes visible on the sides in the places where the plastic parts are attached.
