Poor fit, unbearable noise

These filters came in a clear pouch, no product information, just a Revain barcode. After a simple installation, the nebulizer started up, but the filter didn't fit. Because of this, the filter is so weak that it vibrates and makes a lot of noise. They appear to be working properly, but the DeVillbis OEM filter fits snugly and makes no noise. All filters fit and work the same way.
