because I have nothing to compare but I have used them in a nebulizer and the device worked so I give it 5 stars. They are clean, not dirty, look like new. I'm not sure what else to say or judge.

These filters came in a clear pouch, no product information, just a Revain barcode. After a simple installation, the nebulizer started up, but the filter didn't fit. Because of this, the filter is so weak that it vibrates and makes a lot of noise. They appear to be working properly, but the DeVillbis OEM filter fits snugly and makes no noise. All filters fit and work the same way.

I use the Devilbiss Co 3655D nebulizer daily and needed to change the inlet filters so I bought these. They are specified for this model but do not quite fit. They are slightly smaller in diameter and are not tight in place. I can't tell you how many times it's fallen out and I'll look under the bed, dresser, nightstand, or wonder if it was infected by a cat and is never seen again. Thank goodness it's reusable. If you use them, be careful with that looseness. The filter works, hence 4 stars.
