I like that it is very user friendly, has great tutorials which show how easy this program really makes answering calls! It does not have many options for customization at all so if your looking into one solution there are better choices out now such as Zendesk but we wanted something simpler than their platform was giving us (we used 2 other platforms).
There isn't much in terms what people can customize from within our system either - no different phone numbers etc.. We do utilize some aspects via Zapier integration however most things seem automated by default once setup correctly; nothing too complicated though when getting started using suite answer center its pretty good about explaining where exactly each button goes/what order they go through before calling someone else internally /external number dialers ect.
