Suite Answers center is a good platform for call taking, call monitoring, call center etc.

I like that it is very user friendly, has great tutorials which show how easy this program really makes answering calls! It does not have many options for customization at all so if your looking into one solution there are better choices out now such as Zendesk but we wanted something simpler than their platform was giving us (we used 2 other platforms). There isn't much in terms what people can customize from within our system either - no different phone numbers etc.. We do utilize some…

  • Very straightforward interface compared similar products available today especially because i'm new enough having only seen 1 version prior called "Answer" software years ago..I think my previous experience made me believe more complex tools would be required here..so glad learning otherwise...it's truly simple !
