We ordered a hamburger maker with 1000 sheets of wax paper. Our first test was to make 100 beef/turkey patties for a meet/barbecue. I really enjoyed it, you put your unformed amount of beef between two sheets of wax paper and press it into the mold and you have the perfect burger. Additional processing is not required. When cooked, the chops stayed perfect and kept their shape. Couldn't be happier. Patty Maker comes in its own storage box so no parts get lost. Great product, easy to use and makes burgers a breeze. Made 100 burgers in no time and without mess. We highly recommend buying wax paper as it allows you to press, store, and pop burgers on the grill so easily, you're barely touching the raw meat.
