I love that you are able to get results from within your organization without having to leave! It's so easy for employees who don't spend all day in an office with their computers open--or even those of us stuck at home during this time---to be productive. Sometimes it is slow, which makes me nervous because our team relies heavily upon quick access to information when making critical decisions about business operations. But once we start searching again after being slowed down by other issues (such as lack of connectivity), everything comes back up quickly. The ability to make searches specific enough allows people to stay focused while still providing them full-text assistance should they need more detail later. Our users appreciate how fast these features work compared with traditional ways of finding things via multiple steps/menus through different software applications.
