I love that this tool allows me to perform searches in multiple platforms (intranet, internet) with all of my documents at once. It's easy to use when you are familiar with google as it is very similar. The only issue i had was that sometimes it would give an error message saying there were too many results for one document which caused some confusion since we didn't know what those errors meant.
