They are fast, reliable and provide great customer service! I do not think there is anything that i dislike about their services as of yet. We use them for our corporate database searches which has been very helpful in finding old documents within my organization's system. It helps us keep track of all forms we send out internally/externally with ease because it allows me access from anywhere at any time via web browser (which makes tracking easier). Also they offer mobile apps so if you're away from your computer sometimes this could be useful too depending upon what type of document being searched through. A few years back when using other providers before hu-be was around, searching internal databases took forever compared to how quickly these guys work now. In addition while working remotely during COVID times - having easy way to look up contact information without leaving home saves valuable minutes especially since many people were unable to leave.
