Inaccurate measurement
by specifying the exact number of hardness grains in your water, it gives you a better idea. And since you always have to put at least one drop of EDTA in a tube to see a color change, it's impossible to tell if your water has a 0 or 1 grain hardness. It works well enough to tell if your water softener is working, so if that's all you need this product should be good and fairly inexpensive. The set is very nicely packaged for storage.
- Test kit contains 30ml buffer solution, 10ml Calmagit indicator, 75ml EDTA solution (2), 20ml plastic cup with lid and 1ml plastic pipette
