Appears to be well made. I love this concept, it just has bad instructions and I'm not sure if it does everything you think it should do. The basic setup was pretty easy. I connected it pretty quickly through my phone and through my wifi. Couldn't find it and set it up with Alexa and can't see anything about email notifications. I also don't see Mobi, a list of device brands, on my Alexa, which is quite surprising. Maybe it's set up in Alexa as a "Skill or Routine". I'm not sure because it's not in the instructions. Says 2.4 Wi-Fi, I have a dual band Google Home (?). They say put a metal bucket on top and set it to 2.4 vs 5 but I haven't tried it yet. I'm not sure I will. The price was so good that I took a chance. It looks like I'll be notified at home if my basement floods, but I'm not sure if I'll be notified when I'm at work. I don't intend to spend hours setting it up.
