Worst unit ever made! The good reviews I see here seem to be for the glass version but with two kids glass isn't ideal for me so I went with the titanium version. This is the worst! It will be sent back immediately! There's nothing worse than being hungry and wrestling with a leaky, malfunctioning, frustrating appliance for 45 minutes only to end up with strawberry milk. let me explain. I received this unit about a week later, hooked it up and read both brochures. he charged. I waited for the light to turn white to indicate it was fully charged before using it. I cleaned it thoroughly before use and was excited to try out my new personal blender. I added 5 frozen blueberries, 2 frozen strawberries (small and halved), 1 tablespoon yogurt, about 4 ounces milk, and 1/2 scoop ladybug. non-greasy powder. I press and hold the button to start and. bzzzztt. The blender will pulse for about 1/2 second and then stop. I'm checking what the flashing lights mean as there are troubleshooting instructions in the manual, for example 10 flashes between red and white means the motor is stalled. The indicators will flash between red and white 3 times. Unfortunately there is no guide telling me what that means. I thought maybe there was too much in the car as it says only needs to be filled 2/3 of the way. So I reset a bit and try again. the same thing. I'm trying to add milk because I think the food to liquid ratio isn't right as mentioned in the troubleshooter. Same problem. I do this 3 more times until the blender is less than 1/2 full and about 80% milk and my recipe only has 1/2 strawberries and a few chunks of blueberries left. FINALLY it turns on and works within 34 seconds (yes I spotted it, I was really annoyed at that moment). When it ran out I threw it into a cup to try and mix the remaining ingredients which I threw into a separate cup. in trial and error. I had the same problem. When I was done I threw the whole smoothie away because it tasted like warm berry flavored milk froth because I had to add A LOT more liquid and it took 45 minutes to get working. This device is definitely worse. I ordered this at the end of March and was expecting it by March 30th. The probable date has been pushed back to April 1st and I swear it was a sick April Fool's joke. I hate to use the word hate, but I REALLY hate this thing!
