Review on Dossier Inbox by Chris Cruz

I really like how easy this software makes our day to day tasks with Salesforce! It's very user friendly especially when you are just getting started or have little experience in using SFDC as well. Not much but minor things that i've noticed so far- sometimes i feel confused about what part of my inbox should be open which could make me lose track if something important comes up while reading another email.- Sometimes some emails can't go into a folder they belong too even though there appears to already be one created- If anyone has used dossier before please let us know your thoughts here because we would love hear more from others who use dossier first hand!! This product solves many problems at once including organization, time management (which also helps increase productivity), communication between colleagues/employees etc.
