Just received today, plugged into wall, HDMI plugged into TV, turned on. The blue LED lights up and goes out. Tried different ports, always the same, the blue LED came on then went off, wouldn't boot, waited about 10 minutes for it to boot up, NOTHING! Also, as shown on the MINIS FORUM website, there was no Windows activation card in the box. I don't think I would need it as it didn't even load. What a disappointment. RETURNED THE SAME DAY I RECEIVED. And again, we're chasing what works! My photo shows the windows activation card that should have been in the box. IT DID NOT HAPPEN! UPDATE: 28-28-20: Yesterday I received another mini pc for free from the seller. I plugged it in and BINGO worked like clockwork. I was so surprised that within minutes I was up and running. Windows was turned on and no activation key was needed and there was no watermark on the screen. I also hooked up my printer and it printed out a few pages of tests quite well. The small computer was actually very fast and connected to the internet very quickly. The seller sent several emails to make sure my PC is actually working. I of course appreciate the efficiency and courtesy of the seller. I don't think anyone would go wrong buying from this seller because they are fantastic. I highly recommend them! Thank you for a wonderful product. Upgraded to 5 stars and a photo of the new little PC.
