Installed this amp 12v 140a battery isolator between our truck's battery and the DC charger in our trailer to prevent our truck's battery from being discharged through the DC charger when the generator is not connected ( The engine doesn'tstart). Works as advertised. A word of caution for those planning to run high current loads through this battery isolator. This battery isolator "140A" in amps is rated for a "continuous current" of 50-70A only as per the specification accompanying this battery isolator. The 140A rating is "peak current" only. A little misleading.
