I do not recommend driving a car with only one screw

Take your time, mark the holes (I used a marker) and use a hole punch to mark the holes so the drill bit doesn't slip on you. I installed them, then removed one bolt and painted ten bolts black (they provide you with extra bolts so you can leave the grips on while you paint the bolts if you like. I don't recommend going with just one bolt , unless you need it Remove the grips to ride.
