Subpar Sound Quality and Malfunctioning Controls

After trying this product, I was extremely disappointed. The touch controls were unresponsive and unreliable, making it difficult to adjust the sound. The sound quality was subpar, with muffled vocals and lackluster bass. On the bright side, the speakers were sleek and compact. However, the poor performance and faulty controls make this product not worth the purchase.
