Excellent customer service, great product and easy implementation
The simplicity of this software has allowed us as users to have complete control over our gamification efforts across multiple platforms (website & app).
We do not need any technical skills or experience with web programming for our success! They are always very quick at responding when we reach out via Slack chat - they make sure everyone knows what's up so it can't be misinterpreted. Would love more options inside their analytics dashboard but overall I'm pretty happy with how things work right now. Our team loves being able to track all activity within one place rather than having to create separate dashboards/spreadsheets etc.

- Allows business people like me without coding knowledge take full ownership in building game systems using data from various sources such LTV scorecard , Google Analytics
- , Segment.etc.It works seamlessly between website& Mobile App which is great if your product requires both sides engagement(on desktop+ mobile) through same interface.
