Review on Egate by Mark Estrada

I like that it's easy to use as an administrator and has all the features you need in one spot. It doesn't have many bells and whistles but is very functional. There are some issues with accuracy when entering data into certain fields (e.g., time). However, this can be fixed by logging out or closing the window/tab. We're able to track our crew schedules, shipboard operations, etc. The only thing we haven't been able to do yet is enter boarding passes. This will come soon! As far as tracking our crew schedule goes, there isn't anything else available at this point.
