I have fifty years experience as a journeyman and was a bit dismayed with my purchase, the pads themselves seem to work well. The included mounting clips are terrible. too thick. too fragile. cracked trying to adjust safely. This caused the shims to become excessively stuck in the mounting bracket, causing the shims to not function properly. were considered totally unsuitable for proper installation. Manufacturers, not to mention wasted time opening another new pack of Delco pads. I tried contacting Wagner support - left a message and got absolutely no response. not sure if it was a wise decision.
