Glass jug broken after ONE use
I have hand washed the jug and used it carefully. I should have heeded the criticism that said glass was easy to break. I wanted to get the jug out of the fridge and noticed a crack in the glass. This is the first time I've used it. It's so sad because the filter is cool and easy to clean but the glass is so fragile.
