I took it out of the box and tried to wash it before use, it fell into my hands. The glass is either defective or incredibly cheap. Do not buy.

I wanted to enlarge my cold brewer and this worked great but the seal broke after the first use. I wanted to give it another chance but turns out it's non-refundable!

Only used once and when I did it worked great. Broke in the wash even though the glass is very thin. It hit the edge of my sink while submerged in water and broke. Very disappointed. Are you hoping to find something similar but with thicker glass?

I have hand washed the jug and used it carefully. I should have heeded the criticism that said glass was easy to break. I wanted to get the jug out of the fridge and noticed a crack in the glass. This is the first time I've used it. It's so sad because the filter is cool and easy to clean but the glass is so fragile.

Pictures show a cap that screws onto the filter. That's why I bought it. What arrived was a cheaper version without the filter sealing feature. You end up with coffee grounds in your coffee. Keep your money and pass it on The filter literally rocks back and forth in the jug, even when the lid is on the jug. Big disappointment.

I have three of these. At the moment two of the three are dead. They all fail in the same way. Cracks form and they start to leak in the corner where the rubber is. They make great coffee, but they're not cheap enough to break often and apparently not expensive enough to last long. I would pay double for something less fragile so I don't have a mess on my counter. If you consider them consumables, you can appreciate them out of habit.

Great cold brew! I used the coarse ground coffee I recommend Stone Street Cold Brew, the roast is fantastic. I like that the bottom of the filter disassembles to empty the coffee beans. I put 1 cup of ground coffee in 1.5 liters of water, wait 24 hours and "BLISS". Try Silk Dark Chocolate Almond Milk with a dash of Caramel Syrup and Cold Brew. Brilliant! I also like to amaze with vanilla ice cream, almond milk, ice cream and cold beer. A great treat for a warm day.

I've been cold brewing for a while and wanted to find something that was made specifically for cold brew and takes less processing time than what I did (brewed in a Pyrex dough bowl and then filtered through coffee filters - um try it for a while before I put in too much). So glad I bought this. I used my French Press to make hot coffee and then placed it in another container to cool. I'd like to drink less acidic coffee, but I also wanted to keep it in the fridge without having to brew a new pot every day. This coffee machine makes it possible!
