Review on 🔴 Reston Lloyd Calypso Basics Powder Coated Enameled Colander in Red, 3 Quart by Cameron Novak

I bought this beautiful sieve in August 2012. I couldn't resist the color despite some pretty negative reviews. I wish I had noticed when the first signs of damage started to appear, but I didn't. However, today, January 15, 2014, I decided it was time to start looking for a replacement. The first damage I noticed was large orange stains on the underside of the base that I attributed to rust. Today I couldn't help but notice that a large amount of the coating had come off the center of the screen so I figured it was time to replace it with a plastic that wouldn't rust. I paid just under $24 and still think it was worth it as the yellow color of my stainless steel sink was very pretty. Next I buy a large purple or orange plastic case that will look just as nice but without the flaws of the metal construction. I gave it three stars because I rated it as average in terms of performance and durability and still think it's a good buy even though it didn't last as long as I was hoping.
