Strainer for 5 liters bought in 2010 yellow. Only 7 years later and I have cleaned it carefully and promptly every time after use, it is very discolored and rusty. The color change started a few years after purchase. A picture says more than a thousand words, that's how it is today. I will not be buying from Calypso Basics again.

Very nice. We got it as a fruit holder. The holes allow air to circulate and are small enough that the fruit doesn't sag and become damaged during ripening. It looks great on our counter. The color is a very nice rich indigo. By the way, if you're wondering how the bowl will fit on your table, it's 11 inches wide (12.5 inches if you include the handles) and 6.5 inches tall from bottom to rim.

wow! What a great stamp of real orange crayon just for fun :) The shiny silver handles and trim really add to the happiness! It's very small, I like it. Expensive for - good. If you need a strainer, you may need more than 1 liter. It feels strong and durable and will likely be difficult to clean. Most sieves. There are...um...lots of little holes in there... I bought this beautiful sieve in August 2012. I couldn't resist the color despite some pretty negative reviews. I wish I had noticed when the first signs of damage started to appear, but I didn't.
