Pulls are quite expensive given the quality. Don’t think they will last very long. Screws keep slipping and won’t stay put. Bought these pulls along with drawer handles. Tried to get replacement for one broken handle and got no response from email. Selected to review cabinet pulls and now cannot go back and review drawer handles separately. ? The one handle was broken out of the box and not able to fix. Another handle was repairable after finding a different screw at Ace Hardware. (Screw stripped out upon installation) Fortunately I only needed 9 handles but would really like to have an extra in case one were to break. Both the cabinet pulls and drawer handles look very nice but are very lightweight Do not expect they will survive like the ones I replaced. Customer service gets 0/10
