Review on ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ 7.1-Inch Dark Stained Zassenhaus Berlin Pepper Grinder Mill by Sharon Prasad

Revainrating 4 out of 5

German, solidly built.

This grinder's ceramic core stays where you installed it. The beech wood surface is smooth and still offers enough grip to produce large quantities of pepper in a short time. A right-to-left twist, or a continuous twist both ways, seems to produce about the same results: plenty of evenly ground pepper. I live near the Pacific Ocean and have been using this grinder in my kitchen daily for over a month and so far there has been no corrosion to visible hardware and no visible wear to the wood finish. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a simple, functional and attractive little pepper mill instead of a giant medieval table leg. Some of the mills on offer here seem designed to force unruly guests into submission.
