Not clear from the description but due to the attachment points on this cover the seat is not designed to remain still and cover your bench when you have an active dog. I have a large dog that I strap on with a Kurgo vest with harness attachments (great purchase!) and when he moves he pushes the bench cover out of the way and leaves dirty paw prints on my seat. If you want a seat cover that stays in place even when your dog moves, you need to consider another option, including Kurgo's non-slip bench seat. As far as my dog staying on the case and not pushing it away, it feels waterproof and easy to care for. Editor's note: I don't understand why Kurgo designed a case that does NOT stay. place. Everything else I've bought from this brand is high quality and just what a dog owner needs. This is an anomaly.
