Cheaper, thinner than before. Shame.
I bought towels from Pinzon a few years ago and needed new ones. This is far from the quality of the previous version. They're lighter, thinner, and even the tag is cheap plastic, not fabric. Very disappointed that the quality has gone down. I don't understand, when you have a great product, every new product manager has to justify their existence by making it cheaper? I mean, yes, you make more money, but isn't the point of a great product to be great? Who are these people making these decisions to make products cheaper? Constantly cheaper means we go elsewhere to find someone who makes decent products. Shame.
