I grew up with these 'Swedish kitchen rags' and was glad so many of them are sold here at Revain! I took about a dozen different colorful patterns for myself, then I saw these - which I think will be perfect for my mom. These fabrics are ESSENTIAL! You have to wet them first - and squeeze every drop of water out of them - but you can use them with window cleaner, countertop cleaner and effectively rid the surfaces of streaks and sticky stains. They are ideal for stainless steel devices as they do not leave scratches or streaks. This is my favorite rag for all kitchen chores except cleaning pans. I had rags that were stained with wine, turmeric, tomato sauce and whatnot and I just sprayed them with bleach and then tossed them in the wash. I ONLY AIR DRY! You can lay them out horizontally or hang them on pant hangers to dry in a few hours (or less). You can save WOOD by using these fabrics instead of paper towels for a year. I highly recommend them.
