Great Light. I've been using these lights on my surf rods for at least 20 years. Up until this year I always used red because I figured green and blue wouldn't be as bright as red. I was wrong. The green and blue lights are just as bright and can be seen at 300 meters. I fish 400 yards with 7 rods and sometimes use 3 different baits. Since I have 3 different light colors I use red for mackerel bait rod, blue for seaworm bait rod and green for clam bait rod. Helps to understand what bait to take when I see a rod bent from a hit.
