I really wanted to love it and spent a lot of time trying to get good results . This cold brewer's speed is great, but he has too many issues and one health issue that I don't recommend him for. The numerous filters are cells of the same size, so they don't really do anything, and the end result is a really cloudy brew that needs to be filtered again with a paper or muslin filter. With paper, I found that the extra erase time was achieved with just a single pour, but cold coffee flows slower than hot coffee, meaning you have to pour and wait, pour and wait, etc. Which leads me to... Health is worrying. I have followed the instructions to clean it immediately after each use but due to multiple filters there is a spot in the outlet that cannot be cleaned and this has caused mold to form in this outlet.
