This is the first result I found. A little background on my health/fitness: I've never been overweight, just 5-8lbs extra softness all over my body as I've never exercised/gone to the gym in my entire life. (I'm 34 now) About 10 months ago I started going to the gym about 3-4 times a week, 6 months ago I started going 5-6 days a week and never miss a thing. I noticed that although I tensed up and could see muscle relaxation, I didn't feel like my clothes fit better and I wasn't losing weight on the scale. I also had a little problem with late food which doesn't help. So I basically got in shape, but the fat/softness hasn't gone away. The reviews were good and I decided to give it a try. I took it once a day 30 minutes before breakfast and in 3 weeks I lost 4.5 pounds. I don't take them a second time (before lunch) as recommended. Benefits: Really experience weight loss! So far 4.5 kg. It doesn't bother or bother me. It also curbed my appetite a bit and I started making wiser food choices. I "walk" much more regularly than I used to, which I think helps with weight loss. If you continue to eat a lot before bed and consume fast food on a daily basis, I can't confirm that this is still helping you. I don't eat perfectly, but I eat very balanced and the ratio of good to bad foods is 75-25. Cons: I get a little hot and sweat a little more during the day and even at night. (so I refuse to take it a second time). It also doesn't make me push harder at the gym. I used to take half a tablet of Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals Fastin before my workouts and it REALLY got me working hard in the gym but I wasn't losing the pounds.
