Glass kettle is perfect
A glass kettle is much better than a metal kettle. A metal kettle burns over time. This glass kettle is clean. I can reach my hand inside to clean. I use it to make pour over coffee as well as hot water for tea. After boiling the water over a gas stove, the handle is warm but can be touched without an over mitt.
