We have bought this corner punch 3 times to clamp ASL counters. He hits well but breaks every time. The first two times it was less than 2 weeks from the date of purchase and we returned it. 3. Clipper 5 weeks in operation (after return date). Maybe hit 3000 counters every time before it breaks. It breaks in the same place every time - the plastic part that connects the bottom handle to the device. Oregon Laminations really needs some design improvements. Luckily there is a good repair video on YouTube made by another user. This requires epoxy, a #4 x 1" screw, and a very steady hand. Let's see how long the repair takes. Given the price of this machine it's frustrating that I have to fix it by hand and even more revealing that it's such a known fault that someone made a video on how to fix it (having also bought 3 of them and they were all broken).
