Time to replace our toaster arrived and the search began. So many choices and so many negative reviews. How to choose a good one?After much exploring we settled on the CUSIBOX and are SO HAPPY we did. It arrived quickly, perfectly packaged and excellent condition. We chose the red and it looks so cute on our counter as not too much color with the stainless on the front and top. It is smaller than our previous toaster and is working perfectly! All modes are toasting evenly and the number choices for color are just as described (1-2 light, 3-4medium, and 5-6dark). Easy to remove and clean crumb trays and a nice length electrical cord. Thus far absolutely no complaints. Now just have to see how long it keeps working this perfectly and time will tell that. Also, before toasting anything I quickly ran it thru 3 toasting cycles on highest number, as suggested by another reviewer. That was an excellent suggestion as the 1st run gave off a strong odor. The next 2 times no more odor detected. I did turn the oven hood vent on High while doing this. To sum it all up, we are VERY HAPPY with our new toaster and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this CUSIBOX!
