Of the multiple blades in this set, I only use the beveled chisel. The honing block is deformed and unusable. The sharpening guide is decent, but I already had one. They came out sharp enough, but you'll need to resharpen them soon. I tried them on hardwood and found that my old chisels were better suited to the task. I would mainly use them on softer woods and in construction. The case doesn't play a huge role in protecting the tools, as they fall out of the slot almost instantly as soon as you close the lid. Good enough for a starter kit and for the money, but be prepared to buy a new stone and sharpen it well
