This cover is poorly made. I agree about the uncut thread, but the stitching ripped as soon as I opened the packaging without even slipping it over the handlebars. The thread continued to stretch for a full circle. It fitted the bike and would have been comfortable, but now it dangled and wasn't worth the disappointment. You get what you pay for.
