We use Net Satsatiff for our business' internal system. It's easy enough that anyone can figure it out in 30 minutes or less! I know this is not very helpful but we used to have trouble getting people who did phone work (outside sales) to answer calls from customers when they should be receiving them via their desk phones - so now everyone answers those pesky outside lines through NetsatiFF instead which helps greatly because most companies block incoming callers at some point during day time hours anyway as well. That solves one problem only until your next issue comes up. The customer service has been great though overall!! Highly recommend if you're looking into using something like netsatisFACTion internally. Being able to manage all communications within our office without resorting too much for email communication makes things easier all around since emails are sometimes hard to keep track off after awhile especially while.
