Review on source nutrition egg white protein powder: 25g protein, build lean muscle, dairy-free - vanilla cream (2 lb) by Kawaguchi Burgess

Excellent Complete Protein Source

Studies show that 50% of egg protein is used for muscle building, while only 40% meat, 18% whey and 14% vegetable protein is used for anabolic purposes. A single serving of Source Nutrition costs $1.25, and when it comes to "healthy anabolic protein," it's the equivalent of a 4-ounce steak at $2.75 — more than double the price. The first glass was too sweet for me, so I added a scoop of organic cocoa powder. and it was great! I'll admit that the first two glasses affected my digestion by giving me bloating and softer stools, but after my fourth glass I felt a lot better. For all of my powder blends, I put 1 ounce of water in a glass, microwave for 30 seconds, add 1 scoop of Source Nutrition EggWhite Chocolate Protein and 1 scoop of Organic Cocoa Powder, then quickly pre-blend with a butter knife for 30 seconds filling a jar of half unsweetened almonds. milk, stir it a little more, then fill a 12-ounce glass to the brim. Of course it takes a few minutes, but no noise and no need to clean the blender. I've found that if I take the time to stir until all of the powder bubbles are gone, I have less gas. I will buy it again because it's easy to mix, tastes great (with cocoa powder), is pure, and is the best source of protein available for my buck.
