The description says 380 volts, 45 to 65 hertz.From the appearance it is a good swing (Needle) meter.However this little swing meter pegged out when I first used it on 120 volts at 60 hertz for a test.I am disappointed as I needed it to check the frequency fluctuation of a home standby generator.revain promptly refunded my money without a return.revain looks after their customers and I appreciate that. This may be my first return.
