Inlet side of filter could not be sealed. The side of the filter where the arrow is pointing in; filter source page; the inner thread side was not sealed; finger tight, wrench tightened, supplied hose does not seal; tried different seals; straight from the hose; splitters and corner adapters; nothing is closed to this bad boy. The last thing I tried before throwing out the trash was to tighten the hose with the duct very tight and I heard a crackling noise. saved the little hose. Attention manufacturers: The product may have defects if others have the same experience. may need a new design for this page. The threaded male side of the filter seals against everything while the female side seals against nothing. Much luck.
