🚰 Optimized Camco 40013 TastePURE KDF/Carbon Water Filter Review

Filter works great, extension hose leaked on first use. Was on vacation and needed a filter so had to go into town and buy a host to use the filter. I would suggest buying something of better quality if you intend to use it on a trip.

However I never used it to connect the water in the hostel. The small nozzle doesn't bend well and needs to be bent 90 degrees to use with my RV's water connection. I usually fill my RV tanks until they run out of water.

Filter = Excellent. No problem. But you can buy this filter anywhere. I ordered this special strain relief hose. Two separate units that Revain sent me, both have a leaking hose making this particular combination pretty much useless. Bring Kamco down, bring him down!

Great built in sump, doesn't really change the taste of the water but as the description says it is a sump. The big benefit is that you prevent tank clogging by preventing fine sludge particles from getting into your tanks in the first place.
