Review on 🍳 Presto 06857 16-inch Electric Foldaway Skillet, Black - Enhance Your Cooking Experience with this Convenient Appliance by Todd Taniguchi

Not thrilled with this pan. The non-stick surface is rough and not very sticky. It also doesn't get as hot or cook as evenly as my old skillet. The folding feature is good for storage, but that's the only thing it has. Considering it's more expensive than most other comparable pans, I'm very disappointed. Update 07/21/2016: I downgraded my rating to 1 star. The non-stick coating started peeling off after the first use. Now there are 6 spots I see where it came off and I'm afraid to keep using it. I've always hand washed it and so far only used it for pancakes and once for beef stroganoff. With the beef stroganoff, the liquid needs to be reduced to almost zero, which took FOREVER. The skillet barely sustained a simmer, let alone a strong simmer, enough to reduce the liquid. I'll try to contact Presto's warranty department about the non-stick coating, but no hope as I'll probably have to "send it in for inspection" at my own expense. Shameful.
