Cut off the old bracket as far forward as possible with a saw and carbide saw blade. Sand back the front box until the bracket screw hole aligns with the hole in the side of the frame and insert the screw. Mark and drill a hole on the other side and insert a screw. Now you can climb into the bumper. Adjust the bolts on each side to get the correct lateral position of the hole in the bumper. Then mark and drill the last hole from the top. Used Bolts Dorman 960-215D, 3/8"-16 x 1.5"
