I've been looking for a replacement for my favorite vegetable peeler for a long time. I canned a bushel of carrots and probably accidentally threw away the old one. I am very picky about my kitchen utensils. I've searched far and wide for exactly what I need. The Palm Chef Peeler is just the ticket. Easy to use, perfect size, light weight, very sharp, perfect position for the built-in potato eye remover and very easy to clean. I like it so much that I order more. One for our country house and we plan to use them as spares for our family cooks!
