I love that it helps me organize my practice with all of the different billing items and that I can easily track patient's files. The interface makes it easy to keep up to date with insurance changes as they come through. There are times when you have an open item or question but there is no way to ask your team member directly because the system doesn't allow chat between clients/clients and providers. It would be helpful if we could see how long our messages are stored in case we need to get clarification. We use this tool to help us manage everything about our patients visits so from scheduling appointments right down to collecting payment.
